Southwest Johnson County, Kansas is one of the fastest growing areas in the metropolitan Kansas City area. The Southwest Johnson County Economic Development Corporation is a cooperative effort of the City of Edgerton, Kansas, the City of Gardner, Kansas and the Johnson County Airport Commission. Its primary mission is to stimulate economic growth by demonstrating to new and existing companies the unique business advantage of a southwest Johnson County location.
